As per usual, my eyes go wide when I look at the date of my last post but try to forgive myself (again). I swear I have so much of updating to do and don't even know where or how to start!
Wedding planning is still a go, and I'm on my way to be a professional juggler (read: juggling dental school & planning a wedding and basically life) , not that I'm complaining though, have always thought that I had amazing organizing skills or at least I've been told *coughs*. Well, I get by with a little (A LOT) of help from my Queen, bridesmaids, Aladdin & especially my grandparents.
So let's get down to business. Wedding is .....5 months and 13 days away !! *hyperventilates*
What have I taken care of so far?
1. Kursus kahwin - did this with 3 of my bridesmaids at JAIS in Shah Alam
2. Venue booking - K'seena House-place is amazeballs. Very 'us'.
3. Nikah/Reception attire booking - Natashamazalan
4. Henna booking- Hennabelle
5. Makeup artist booking- tieqazai
6. Theme selection- Kampong, Purple & Gold
7. Finalise guest list
8. Honeymoon flight tix & hotel booking
9. Dulang hantaran booking
10. Photography booking- Bingkaiphotovisuals
11. Videography booking- Awanblu
12. Doorgifts is otw, thanks to my Queen. Would have to start thinking about the doorgift for kiddos.
13. Major hantaran stuff. So the little things can be bought much closer to the wedding.
Things I have yet to do:-
1. Invitation cards
2. Visit venue
3. Survey watches for Aladdin's hantaran
4. HIV test
5. Get started on the documents
6. Discuss rough event flow
7. Pick emcee
8. Discuss about entertainment
9. Flower girls/boys
10. Deco- bunga pahar, bunga manggar, welcome table
So that's about it. Sorry I didn't leave in more details, don't wanna spoil the suprise ! :) But here's some pictures for compensation....
